We are breaking ground on a new custom home project in Gig Harbor, Wahsington…in the Artondale area. Check out this short video of one quick way to take down a tree… Tiiiimber!. Our 2.5 year old son was all over it, he even got his own time behind the controls on that giant digger. Little kid heaven. We’ve cleared enough to make the drive in to this acreage and some spots for trucks to park. Once this is cleaned up we’ll be waiting for house plans to get approved and submitted to the County for permits. In the meantime, working on septic design, well installation plans, and mingling with the local neighbors to let them know what’s in store for their latest home addition.
Gig Harbor Bonus Room Complete!
Hey all, I’m back from a little hiatus! The bonus room in Henderson Bay Estates is complete, we finished in the end of August. Here are some pictures to show the finished project.
Everything went smooth… another happy customer and so we’re on to the next project in Rosedale, Gig Harbor. This one is a full home remodel. Deck, kitchen, windows, bathrooms, interior finishes and floors, stairs, appliances, and more more more! It will be whole new house upon completion. Pics posted soon.

At the knee doctor…ACL tear?
Played indoor soccer last night at the Gig Harbor Indoor Soccer Center. Went down with a loud “POP POP” in my right knee. I have a good feeling I’ve blown my ACL and am heading to the knee doctor this morning. I actually already have a knee doctor, Dr. Mark Friedman, I know all too well. This isn’t the first time I’ve done this! Two years ago in a very similar situation I blew out my left ACL and MCL. Soon after I had reconstructive surgery going with the patella tendon replacement… The other option is using a cadaver’s ACL. Anybody done this before? What are your thoughts? Just another unexpected adventure in life!!
On the construction remodel job in Gig Harbor
On site today with my company, NDK Construction, siding up the bonus room addition in Henderson Bay Estates (http://hendersonbayestateshoa.com/) in Gig Harbor. This project went up fast and easy…and we can’t wait for our client to put it to use for her little girl’s 8th birthday sumbler party in August! Pics will follow soon!
